Merch Giveaway

1. Promoter
The promoter is Ben Molesworth, located at contact@tastyclassics.co.uk.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter, their family members, or anyone else connected with the giveaway may not enter.
3. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter this giveaway. Both methods offer an equal chance of winning:
Paid Entry: Anyone who makes a purchase of any value from the Tasty Classics website between 7PM on the 29/04/2026 and 5PM on the 30/05/2026 will be automatically entered into the draw.
Free Entry (Postal): To enter for free, send a postcard or letter with your full name, email address, and the phrase "Massive Merch Giveaway" to: Tasty Records, 25 Regent Rd, Altrincham WA14 1RX. Postal entries must be received by the Closing Date to be valid.
4. Closing Date
The closing date for entries is 30/05/2026 at 5PM GMT. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
5. The Prize
The first prize is a massive box of merchandise from Tasty Classics. Second and third place winners will also receive big merchandise bundle!
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries (paid and free) using a verifiably random process (e.g., Random.org).
The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
By entering, you agree that any personal information provided will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and will be deleted thereafter, in accordance with UK GDPR.
